ABOUT ME
I’m a sociologist, social psychologist, growth strategist, and lifelong learning advocate.
With an academic foundation spanning philosophy, sociology, psychology, and law, I’ve spent over a decade exploring how societies evolve and how individuals interact with information, learn, and make decisions.
I’ve always been especially drawn to the patterns behind personal transformation: why so many well-intentioned efforts fall short, how habits form and break, and what brings about meaningful changes that last.
My interdisciplinary background and systems thinking allow me to approach personal growth not just as a mindset, but as a layered architecture, rooted in human complexity, contextualized by the environment, shaped by time, and fueled by motivation.
Today, I work at the intersection of learning and technology, helping people build sustainable self-development strategies and creating tools that promote long-term progress, making growth a natural part of people’s everyday lives.
Driven by this mission, I’ve created Milestone—a book summary app designed for microlearning and structured support for confident and continuous personal advancement.
